iOS doesn't let apps read your chats, so Babylon translates exactly where text passes through you: when you type, copy, share, take a photo or listen.

Як користуватися
Налаштування займає дві хвилини; далі Babylon завжди поруч, у будь-якому месенджері.
- Встановіть Babylon і оберіть мовиВідкрийте «Налаштування» в застосунку: «Моя мова» (якою пишете ви) і «Мова співрозмовника». Кнопка «Поміняти місцями» перемикає їх одним дотиком.
- Увімкніть клавіатуруНалаштування iPhone → Загальні → Клавіатура → Клавіатури → Додати нову → Babylon. Для перекладу через мережу увімкніть «Повний доступ». Покрокова підказка є в застосунку: «Налаштування» → «Як увімкнути клавіатуру».
- Перекладайте вихідніУ будь-якому чаті перемкніться на Babylon (🌐), напишіть повідомлення своєю мовою й натисніть «Переклад». Перевірте текст і надсилайте.
- Перекладайте вхідніСкопіюйте повідомлення, і клавіатура Babylon покаже переклад над клавішами. Або виділіть текст → «Поділитися» → Babylon.

Get started
How to use it
Setup takes two minutes; after that Babylon is always at hand, in any messenger.
- Install Babylon and pick your languagesOpen Settings in the app: "My language" (the one you write in) and "Partner's language". The Swap button flips them with one tap.
- Turn on the keyboardiPhone Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Babylon. Enable Full Access for network translation. The app has a step-by-step guide under Settings → How to enable the keyboard.
- Translate outgoing messagesIn any chat, switch to Babylon (🌐), type in your language and tap Translate. Check the text and send.
- Translate incoming messagesCopy a message and the Babylon keyboard shows its translation above the keys. Or select the text → Share → Babylon.
- Photos and voicePhoto tab: pick an image or take a picture of text. Voice tab: record your own voice message or open one from a file. Voice messages from messengers go via Share → Babylon.
- Choose an engine (optional)Apple on-device translation works by default. Want another engine? Settings → Translation engine: DeepL or Google with your own key, the local model, or Babylon Server.

Сервер Babylon працює на наших власних GPU. Щойно ви оберете його в «Налаштування» → «Рушій перекладу», пристрій сам надішле запит на доступ, а статус («Очікує схвалення», «Схвалено» чи «Відхилено») з'явиться там само. Поки запит розглядається, працюють усі інші рушії. Якщо адміністратор дав вам код запрошення, введіть його в полі «Код запрошення», і доступ відкриється одразу.
Our own GPUs
Babylon Server access
Babylon Server runs on our own GPUs. As soon as you select it in Settings → Translation engine, the device sends an access request, and its status (Pending, Approved or Rejected) appears right there. While the request is pending, every other engine keeps working. If the administrator gave you an invitation code, enter it in the Invitation code field and access opens instantly.

Чи читає Babylon мої переписки?
Ні. iOS цього не дозволяє, і нам це не потрібно: перекладається лише текст, який ви самі набрали, скопіювали, передали через «Поділитися» або сфотографували.
Навіщо клавіатурі «Повний доступ»?
Лише щоб звертатися до мережевого рушія перекладу. Без нього клавіатура працює як звичайна, а Apple Translation у застосунку та «Поділитися» доступний і так.
Переклад у клавіатурі не працює. Що робити?
Перевірте «Повний доступ» і обраний рушій. Apple Translation iOS іноді не пускає в клавіатуру; тоді оберіть DeepL, Google або сервер Babylon. Для локальної моделі застосунок Babylon має бути відкритий.
Як видалити мої дані з сервера?
«Асистент» → «Персональна пам'ять» → «Стерти всю пам'ять і розмови». Докладніше в політиці конфіденційності.
Does Babylon read my chats?
No. iOS doesn't allow it and we don't need it: only text you type, copy, share or photograph gets translated.
Why does the keyboard need Full Access?
Only to reach a network translation engine. Without it the keyboard works as a regular one, and Apple Translation in the app and Share extension works anyway.
Translation in the keyboard doesn't work. What now?
Check Full Access and the selected engine. iOS sometimes blocks Apple Translation inside keyboards; then pick DeepL, Google or Babylon Server. For the local model, the Babylon app must be open.
How do I delete my data from the server?
Assistant → Personal memory → "Erase all memory and conversations". See the privacy policy for details.
